This pre-authorized payment plan is intended to simplify the performance of the client?s obligation to pay. The client certifies that the information presented is correct and agrees to notify RCI Environnement of any change within seven (7) business days of said change. By signing this authorization, the client certifies that his bank account is current and that it contains sufficient funds to cover the pre-authorized payments that come due. The pre-authorized payment plan may be cancelled by the client at any time with thirty (30) days? notice or by RCI Environnement with or without notice. In the event of cancellation, the amounts owing must be paid directly to RCI Environnement. The cancellation of pre-authorized payments does not constitute the cancellation of the services that RCI Environnement provides, and the client remains responsible for the payment of all amounts that have come due or shall come due. In the event of unauthorized withdrawals, a written request for reimbursement must be properly sent to RCI Environnement at the address above within 90 days of the date of the withdrawal concerned. The granting of this authorization to RCI Environnement constitutes the granting of this authorization to the financial institution named. RCI Environnement is authorized to transmit the information contained in this authorization to the other financial institutions that require said information in order to complete the withdrawals.
